View Full Version : Does Team Lava support answer to created tickets?

My phone was stolen last week, I was playing Pet Shop Story over months. I asked Team Lava to help me to recover my game on a new device, but No response from the support. They have everything as recomanded : my ID, shop name, owner name, last connection, my lvl... So what can I do??? Thanks for help...

Due to the release of iOS 7, Support has been slammed with a bunch of requests for transfers and such. They are working as quickly as possible to keep up with the tickets.

I'm sorry it's taking a bit of time. :) They will be with you as soon as possible.
