Fulfilled all the requirements but didn't get credit for breeding the baby puggle.

In order to breed the Puggle, you first need to Cross Breed a Pug and Beagle together. That will get you one Puggle. Then you will have to Cross Breed again, to get a second Puggle. Now you have two adult Puggles. To fulfill the goal of breeding a baby Puggle, you will need to go to the Nursery to breed a baby Puggle- this will then become the third addition to your Puggle family. Hope this helps! :)
