Will Ice Age go anywhere?

I'm a very unlucky breeder. Both in the DS and Ice Age. However I finally got my nine dragons in Ice Age...

But I'm very reluctant to spend any coins/gold in Ice Age to bring everything to level 9, if its simply for nothing? Will the Ice Age dragons be useful in some way to the rest of the game?

Will players be able to see my Ice Age world?

I dug through a couple pages and haven't found anything but a thread to show off my island to a handful of people that visit it?

I guess my question is, what's the plan for ice age? I know I'm not the only one that thinks Ice Age is simple a place to suck your DS dry of its funds.... There has got to be more to the Story :-)

I think it just sucks all your coins, if you plan on getting them all to level 10... But I would like to visit my neighbours, and see theirs
