I'm curious about whether the holiday food will be taken back out of the game, and if so, when? I am frantically trying to max them before they are removed. I assume they are limited-time recipes available only during the holiday season.

I don't think they will be removed. I haven't seen anything about it, so I would say, take your time. Hope this helps.
