Hi good day.
My Storm8 ID is xulfer8.
Well, as per topic, can you guys help me to restore my latest progress please?

You will need to contact support@teamlava.com so they can get your games back.
Give them your current storm ID and let them know what happened.
Also go ahead and set up a new storm ID on your game and give them this temp ID so they will be able to transfer you original games back to your device.

I'm also having difficulty changing my email address of Storm8 ID when I go to Settings. It says password is invalid but I used the exact same password to login to this forum. Any idea guys?

It's been 3 days, still haven't heard a thing. :(
Though I understand it normally takes 3 - 5 days. Just desperate to play.
