I purchased a "faux fur box" in Fashion story - cant figure out . . .

A few days ago I purchased a "faux fur box" in Fashion story (cost 24 gems) and I can't figure out where I collect it from? It flashed a quick measage where to find it and I missed reading it. Can anyone tell me where I might find this mystery box? Or who I can caontact to figure out how to get my 24 gems back? Thanks so much!

Did you see the item you received? Try checking your floor decorations or wall decorations tabs. If you still can't find the item, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and what happened, and they'll be able to help you out :)

Have a look at this thread. http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?41733-Fashion-Master-Box You have to scroll pretty far down to find the faux fur box, but 4 of the 10 items you could have received are avatar items. So if you don't see the item under the design tab, check the avatar closet because it might not have been a display item.
