I want to restart or block people

So this person adds me as their neighbor on Pet Hotel Story and suddenly they turn on me and place unwelcome messages on my wall and blame me for ther problems as well as insist I did things that I didn't. I want to reset the game but unfortunately I can't but all I want is a fresh new start and to get away from it! Ugh!

Delete the person from your friends/neighbours list, do NOT post on his/her wall. Do NOT respond to the player at all.

Also, leave the messages on your wall, take screenshots if you can and report the player to TL Support.

As bobbyrae said, do not respond to them. Email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and what's happening, and if you can, pictures of the messages.
