Jousting arena

I've come from the valentines edition of castle story. In the new castle story (to me) The new quest for the jousting arena will not let me succeed as it doesn't recognise that I have the arena built at level 3 already. Any suggestions?

First, do the following: delete the game from your device and reinstall it. See if the goal completes when you reopen the game.

If that doesn't solve the problem:
Can you clarify which step you are on?
are you at "Intermission Two" or "The final match?"

Also, was your arena fully upgraded (or upgraded to level 2) before you got to "intermission one"?
