Materials for Jousting arena?

Hey guys!

What do we need to build the jousting arena? Can't seem to find that list:)

it can only be upgraded to lvl 3 which is needed to complete the quests. But believe materials were enchanted beams and blocks and some lumin essences...dont know specifics anymore...
