Hi,

I'm really upset since I cannot transfer (easily) my account from my old device to my new device. I cannot log on my new device... only create an account... ???

I send a support request, but no reply since and I cannot keep my old device ... I have to sell it.

Please I need help

You can email support@firemocha.com (support@storm8.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
