Poof and Gone is the small update we mentioned earlier this week =) Enjoy guys! The Lady in the red dress will be revealed sometime in October.


Apologies all for the confusion! "Chop every tree and lift every chicken" was written for flavor, implying that you'll need to search everywhere for the locket. If this continues to confuse players we'll make changes to it as soon as we can.

Chop a patch of tall grass (buy from the market if you don't have any) to search for the locket.

At this point there was no further follow up in the quest for me, rewards added to zero, maybe Im missing something at the visible end of the chain

If you are on the "Baron rejecting gifts" goal, you need to buy a tall patch of grass and chop it.

To "brew" the potion, all you have to do it a normal collection from Ivy's hut. You need to wait for the timer to run down and then collect from the hut when the coin icon appears over it.

Don't make the bread ahead of time. I had 18 loafs. But it wouldn't use them. But do get the ingredients ready. It wants you to make them, for this one.

You can craft it before time, as long you know how to read between the lines, when a quest says "MAKE" it means START crafting, when it says "CRAFT" it means COLLECT, so as long you dont collect it you can have it sitting in the bakery

You don't need to chop down all your trees. I gave a bunch of them 1 chop & lifted my chickens, but what gave me the necklace was buying 1 patch of tall grass & chopping it. Then I got the necklace. :-) This is on here somewhere but I just thought I would post it here for others as well. Hope this helps! (Lilliput is my CS name if any of my neighbors are here).

I am so glad I found this thread. I had chopped several trees (just one chop each) and I was thinking to myself, "Surely they don't expect us to chop down every tree." I tend to keep a lot of trees, mostly because it is the Glimmer[I]wood[I] and I don't want to have to rename it the Glimmer Plain. So thank you, awesome forum folks, for once again saving me time & energy (both literal and figurative).

This quest line is part of the main story line, which is ongoing and has many branches. So in a sense, this quest line is always continuing, though we may not realize it.

I believe we are still resting. I started the game in May and believe this part of the quest completed for me around July, haven't seen a new part since.

I suspect this may be a part of the main storyline, it's certainly worth completing otherwise they'll be an update at some point that you won't be able to start straight away because you still have it in your quest book. Though I would say as we have Christmas updates for the next 2 weeks this wouldn't be my priority. Maybe complete it in the new year.

You always start behind the storyline and are playing catch up, and never know what goal or quest will start next. I found it better to at least complete the ones that you can even though it may not be used quickly because it may pop up unexpected and then you will be rushed to complete. I have just started Glimmergate on my 2nd kingdom and I know it will be a long way before I can complete it, but it is the only goal I have open except for golden obelisk and I know it doesn't lead to anything else.
