Can't Make Purchases

I just started a new game on my iPhone 5c (32gb) and for some reason, I get an error message when trying to buy gold or a special package offer. I went back to the Sprint store and they can't figure it out either. Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't help. Also, I was able to make a purchase in Castle Story. Help? :confused:

Someone else recently has this issue. They came back and stated that once they accepted the terms and agreements from apple then they could make purchases.
Try downloading any new application and if you have a pending agreement to accept, it should pop up.

I did do that when I went to the store, but I'll try it again.

I can't seem to find a free app that is making me accept terms & conditions. I opened the iTunes store and looked at their T&C page, but still not helping. I'm kinda mad that I missed the starter pack that had the clockwork dragon in it :mad: I've got an offer now with an Atlantis dragon though.
