Waiting to have games transferred to new device

I've been waiting since Sept 22nd to have my games transferred from my android phone to my new iphone. I hear that customer is supposed to do this....

I wish there was an easier way to do this so that you don't have to wait for customer service. It's taking a very long time. Sigh

If you didn't receive an automated reply fairly soon after sending your email, check your spam folder, and double check the email address you sent it to. The automated reply usually arrives minutes after you've sent it, and it can take up to 5 business days to have an agent respond.
