No purses etc. on Pet Shop Story floor to collect extra points

How come I see purses etc. on the floor sometimes, but not always.

Don't feel bad. I get my daily bonus notice & it NEVER posts. There's lots of bugs in th I game, but what more can you expect other than some time wasting for free?
