Not able to buy gems after iOS update

I just updated my iPad and can no longer buy gems.
The square where the options used to be is just blank.
Does anybody know how to turn the option back on?

I have the same problem in Dragon story. I'm able to use gold for coins, but not to spen real money.

Please help, if you know the answer.

Try restarting your device.
You can also try going under settings -safari- and clear cookies and data, then restart your device.

Did you update to version 7.0?

Found the solution.
Had to accept the iTunes terms after the update...
