Can't Zoom Out - Kindle Fire-HD

I recently transferred from a second generation KF to a new HD-KF. Since then, I can't zoom or 'pinch' out very far. I used to like to have my screen really tiny so I can see all my habitats to watch for 'collect' signs. Is this a known issue or just part of the territory on the new device? I have tried to uninstall/reinstall with no luck.

Thank you for the report. We're aware of this with Kindle Fire HDs. Unfortunately, this is a device issue. :(
