Need help with failed IOS 7 download on I pad 2

I downloaded IOS 7 last Thursday and unable to access my current games...games came up brand new so I deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Sent Support a request but still not assigned a specialist. I can see my Bakery Story on hubby's iPad so I know it's still there. Any suggestions on getting this fixed? I play Castle Story, Restaurant and Bakery Story...long-time player.

There were issues for some players when the downloaded IOS 7.
