Neighbors can't visit me?

I have several neighbors that tell me they have to go to someone else's wall, find my name, and visit via the other wall. They say my name shows up on their wall when I make a comment but they are unable to tap on it, they are unable to tap on it from their neighbors list as well.

I have asked two of the many, what device they are using, both said iPhone 4, I am on an iPhone 5. I've had several neighbors simply remove me because they don't want the hassle of finding my name elsewhere.

One neighbor went as far as uninstalling and re-installing but it did not effect the issue?

I'm loosing visits very quickly.

I had this issue with a neighbor in one of my other games about a year ago. It turns out they had some issue in their game.
