New phone question

I have a new phone coming probably Tuesday or Wednesday, am I going to lose my Dragon Story Island? Is there a place to login? I will have the same phone number and sim card. My phone is just being replaced as the one I'm using now is defected.
Guess what I'm asking is how do I transfer my game to the newer phone?

This thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?54910-ID-Transfer-Storm8-Method) has instructions in how to transfer the games yourself (by using a storm8 game). If you don't feel confident, or have set up an ID on your new device, you can email support@teamlava.com and get them to do it for you. It can take a couple of business days.
