Paid money in iTunes for starter pack... No starter pack in game...

I'm on an ipad. I paid $15.99 for the pearl dragon starter pack. And was redirected to iTunes in order to complete the transaction.

I return to dragon story, only to find that I have paid real cash for a virtual nothing. As in no dragon, no coins, no food. Nothing.

Issue resolved on upgrade to ios7. After some time, the game asked for my iTunes login and promptly delivered purchased goods.
