Help with neighbors

How do I get neighbors so I can expand?

There is a Fashion Add Me (http://forum.storm8.com/forumdisplay.php?55-Fashion-Story-Add-Me) forum where you can either post your ID, or get other people's.

To add neighbors in game, go to Main, Social, Invite Friends, and type in their ID. It does need to be their ID, not their store name :)
