fairytale surprise package

Is anyone else having problems placing the surprise packages?
I PURCHASED a 25 diamond fairytale box but nothing happens when I try placing it
It is showing up
in my storage but its not allowing me to place it in an empty space

When you buy from a box, the item goes into either your wall or floor decorations areas. Once it's there, you need to make sure you have enough space to place it. Some items are 3x3 or 4x4, and seems to need a bit more space to initially place. Try clearing some more space, placing your new item, then adding things around it.

If you got the fairy grotto on the first try I swear I'm going to scream and pull out some hair... lol
