Orange Chocolate

I noticed in the forum that you can make Orange Chocolate. I have 28 oranges in the barn but there is no icon in my chocolatier to make this with. I am on level 19. Do I have to be higher to get the icon?

You have to be Level 20 in order to Craft Orange Chocolate in the Chocolatier. :)
