My Game was Hacked!

I went into my game earlier today and someone (not me) bought a table for 108,00 and and matching chairs that cost 2 gems each and also placed another plain white table to prevent my customers from getting through. I sent an email to team lava and I'm hoping they will be able to get back to me, what was taken but in the mean time, can someone tell me how I can prevent this from happening again?
