Unable to unlock beehive

I have just got to level 30 and tapped on the beehive to expand to it. It still tells me that it requires level 30. Have tried resetting game but didn't help. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am on iOS 5, version 1.3.1, id moo8moo. Thanks!

Oh I know what I did wrong. I need to tap on the expand sign to trigger the expansion pop up window. Sorry guys. False alarm.
