Parts for Cathedral and Amphitheatre

I am at level 25 and short of coins so I wanted to gather the parts for these buildings!

What materials do we need to build the Cathedral and the Amphitheater?

Do these buildings do anything other than provide points?

Money, Money, Money... and Royal Points. Cathedrals are good cash cows, need 1 energy per day and provides a lot of coins. I have 3 at level 5 (+2000 gp a day) , good stream of coins.
