can I use old storm Id on new device

Hi I purchased a new mobile phone I use to play this game on my old phone when I installed it on my new phone I had to make a new storm Id and play from stage 1. Can anyone help me how to use old I'd

As you have created a new ID you will need to email support@teamlava.com and get them to transfer your old game to your new device. Please note that this can take a couple of business days.

what does the user need to do to for the transfer to take place. I am guessing provide the from old ID and the give to the new ID. and will all the levels and achievements cross to the new id?

When you request the transfer, they'll send you a list of questions, including old ID, new ID, and a question about your game in order to prove that you the true owner.

Everything for all games will transfer over. If you are going from iOS to Android, or Android to iOS, items unique to your original game will not be available until released to the other platform. They may show up as decorations or blank spaces.
