Gifts

Hi. I am new at Farm Story 2 and can't understand how the gifts work. I have accepted gifts from my neighbours but have no idea what they are. In BS and RS you know what you are getting. So my question is: how do I find out what I have received?

When you get a gift in it will show a picture of what you get. Normally coins, but I have gotten wheat, milk, maps and I think I got a brick once.

I have a gift related question. Is there a limit to the number of gifts you can send/receive in one day?
