inappropriate Storm8 ID?!

My storm8 ID is being flagged as "contains inappropriate words"....Pet_Palace_xo :confused::confused::confused: I cant tell anyone to add me?! its so frustrating! :mad::mad::mad: I have tried emailing support@teamlava.com and storm8 ...never got a response. I need this changed or fixed!
