New phone

Please can someone help..I have a new phone and cannot transfer my restaurant. I have tried to do the cog icon etc but cannot find the transfere icon.
I don't want to start new as I'm on level 99 :-(

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@storm8.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

I have emailed them but they haven't got back to me. I haven't set up a storm I'd on my new phone :o

It can take a few days before a support agent answers your email.
Read the transfer thread that Greygull posted. It is pretty easy to transfer the games yourself.

You will do the transfer in a Storm 8 game, not a Team Lava Game.
Also if your storm ID is the same as your forum member name(mamahughes) you already have a password. You can use your forum password for the transfer!
