Can. Someone tell me what you need to construct Tinkers Camp once you have crafted it with the the trade tickets or is it complete once it is crafted. I have looked everywhere and can't find an answer.

Just 99 tickets (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0Agn56FhMH3MFdHhUQUZRaWFoZ21zY29kbDhnRmpSUE E&f=true&noheader=true&gid=0), and however many hours, and when it's done, you place it. :)

You do not need anything to construct it, it is complete all u have to do is make space for it, it takes nine squares, that's all.
