Treasure Terrace and Gift That Keeps on Giving Goal

I finally saved up $8million to purchase the Treasure Terrace and I purchased the Treasure Dragon with 800 gold bars. I now have both in my game. However, when I look at the "Gift That Keeps on Giving" Goal, it shows I have completed 'Have 1 Treasure Dragon' but does not show that I completed 'Have 1 Treasure Terrace' and I did not receive the reward of 2 gold bars but I think I did receive the 600 stars but can not be positive about that.
