Dragon Story Lost

HELP. Has anyone lost everything in dragon story. About 2 hours ago I lost ll my dragons, coins (over 13 million), my gold (over 100), and my levels. The game has reverted back to the beginning like I'm a new player. I've e-mailed storm8 and no word yet. I'm very worried because of how far I was into the game. I had just purchased goal too. Is there anything else I can do to get my game back. I already tried shutting down IPad and deleting and redownloading game and nothing is working. Please help.

Did you do a transfer? You will probably need to wait for support to straighten it out. You can PM a Community Manager (http://forum.storm8.com/showgroups.php) with your ticket number, and they might be able to help you out a bit faster.

No I didn't transfer. Everything was fine up until about an two hours ago. Went out for lunch and came back and everything was gone. I did do the two step and neither worked. This is so frustrating. How do I PM a Community Manager. I have received a request # if that is what you need.
