can't access all team lava game

I can't access all team lava game on android since yesterday. Try to reinstall game but still can't access. Nothing wrong with my phone connection, wifi and memory device empty. Anyone know how to fix it? :(

Since you have tried everything suggested, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com so they can check your game and device.
