Unfortunately, I'm going into this update with a healthy sense of trepidation. Those neon coils could either turn out chic, or like an 80's disco disc jockey stage. I would have much preferred a drive-in movie theme, instead of this modern movie// A vintage-esque spin would've capped off the end of summer, transitioning into the beginning of fall.

I'd love to be wrong. Blow me away, TL. Blow. Me. Away.

Unfortunately, I'm going into this update with a healthy sense of trepidation.

This is the only way to go in with TL lol! I'm ready to be disappointed backyard update style but, of course, am hoping for awesomeness instead.

I love the design. I don't think it's too disco at all. We've been getting great oven designs this year (jazz oven, the tea kettle, the pirate ovens, banana stand, frosty freezer.)

I am already DREADING the new parts ughhhh! Time to budget an extra 2 hours of scrolling to gift everyone.

The objective is to bake food, earn gems and decorate.

I understand, it does get boring but I also enjoy the break because like someone else replied it gives me a chance to earn gems & $. I know after the last goals I was literally broke so the break was helpful. ;)

Well I like having goals and I like having this new oven cant wait to see what else goes with it.. But I do agree we do need little breaks know.and then so can ready for the new goals specially with all the holidays that are coming up cant mwait for Halloween and Christmas I wasnt playing last year....

This should be part of Todays update in around 1-1 1/2 hours. BS gets weekly updates on a Wednesday and TL like to 'Tease' us by showing us something from the update early:)

And no three days wasted asking for parts! It would have pushed me back about four days actually, what with our having to ask neighbors for the fuse. They should implement this feature more often. Naturally I got 15 machines. No time to waste.

By time we get to that we hopefully will have enough parts to build at least three of them. We have three parts, I just hope I'm sending the right ones needed! It would be horrible if we need three new parts and one old. Ugh, why must they make me suffer. They know I'm allergic to the repetitive tapping!

Wowzah. The cinema screen is larger than I expected. I could make a cool outdoor cinema area. It will be a much needed change from my pink paradise place.

It looks like there's a whole other update (at least for iOS) that was released today! My iPhone-wielding neighbor showed me her teapot loveseat, which she found in her decor tab for 20,000 coins! She says there is also a lamp, a tile, and a wallpaper!

I don't see a new version for android in the play store, any information from other users, mods, and CM's??

I purchased the couch (you can see on previous post by onclouddevine) - These strawberry, cookie and jelly bean items are all new though... Looks like iOS users got this update.

I have to admit, when I first saw the movie theme items, my initial reaction was BLECH! But....after seeing it all put together, it looks really nice! I am definitely pleasantly surprised about this goal set.

Took the thoughts out of my mind :) I didn't like it at first, but when I saw someone put a picture of the big screen and how it looked so nice with the curtains and all I got curious as to what I can do with it in my shop. Now I really enjoy this update.

Btw, I also noticed the extra items on kindle that aren't on android, which leads me to believe android will be getting a newer version after a week of waiting, not that many new items thuogh, so must not be a big update.

I just downloaded the new android version, it's called fall sweets.

I downloaded the Fall Sweets version on my phone a minute ago just to look as I play on my Kindle and everything looked exactly the same in the menus. So loveseat, wall lamp, tile, wallpaper, and counter. Nothing terribly exciting, I was hoping there was a full fledged fall version coming, which of course means updating for Kindle. I'll wait though, I've got to restore my coins from this theater update, I changed around everything and went broke.

I like the jellybean counter but per usual it costs too many gems. I can't complain. More gems for me! No wait....dragon doesn't work on android so ive been Gettinf shafted out of my free goodies. Wonder why it's a new release for no more than five items though.

That is what I was thinking. I wonder if there will be halloween goals because the movie goals have 30 days left. That means that halloween goals would start mid october and would go past the holiday to mid november. Seems posible but late.

I am just hoping for halloween updates/items for purchase, we could have a thanksgiving goal based on this goal ending mid October then next goal starting the last week of October with normal updates (ie just new stuff on Wednesday to purchase but not goal items) in between. Wait, who am I kidding....that would make to much sense and would involve planning ahead on their part lol
