earns gems after mastering catalog?

I know in Restaurant Story I have earned additional gems even after "mastering" the catalog....Can I still earn additional gems in Fashion Story by ordering items from a mastered catalog?

Huh? When did that happen? I've cooked meals after mastering them on bakery and restaurant and never got gems. Was this after you cooked a mastered meal and got an utensil? Because after you master those you get a gem too, before it resets itself. Could this be what happened? Or how did the gem appear?

Which reminds me, I need to bake some more chicken.

You can still get experience & coins after mastering a recipe. Don't think gems, tho.

This is correct, after fully mastering catalogs and recipes you do not earn any extra gems.
