Things disappearing.

Can someone please help? Is anyone else having the same problem?

I won the tournament to earn the ethereal dragon, and I needed to use a lot of gold to do so. Then the ethereal dragon disappeared from my storage. I sent an email to teamlava, response said its a known issue.... Nothing else on giving me back my dragon.

I bought stainglass using gold when it was going to be removed, that's gone from my storage too.

Now, whenever I go to the arctic area, everything is cleaned out of my storage.... My silo is empty, whatever flames I have crafted are gone, and all the food I have grown which is very expensive, is gone.....

Has anyone else been having these problems or know what to do?

Oh.... I forgot to add, all the leviathan pearls I had disappeared out of my storage along with whatever we were earning in the latest tournament....... Can someone help me?
