blimp? house? cliff house?

I've noticed some of my neighbors have blimps, houses, and dojo-esque, buildings on their island. A friend of mine says she uses them to take her dragons on quests, for coins.

Why dont I have these options?! I'm in a whole higher level!:mad:

Us Android players don't have the luxury.. You're lucky to even be able to see them on your neighbors island without it crashing your device.
