please help with bread oven

BS is asking me to bake french bread but my bread oven is still in pieces. I have 8 bricks + 9morters in gifts. How do I finish the oven. Other people have asked for pieces but I see no way to ask.

You can click on the constructable item/appliance (Tap to Manage) and a menu will show up letting you know how many Parts you need to complete it. If you do not have enough Parts, you can tap on "Ask," and ask your neighbors for parts to complete your item. You can also receive requests from your neighbors for construction materials, and you can choose to give them the items or not. Giving them construction Parts does not remove any materials from you.
