Did NOT get Ethereal Dragon

I beat the tournament, the last last one and STILL haven't gotten my dragon. I sent in a support ticket and they said they have no record of me beating it, but my 90 gold IS STILL GONE. I told them their records were wrong and gave me some bs about how they would 'investigate' but likely filed my ticket into the garbage bin. I haven't received a reply since AUGUST.

Why is TL support being so terrible to me?
