I have purchased 105 gems on September 2nd and while the order was being processed, the game crashed. Amazon sent me an e-mail saying the order had been processed but I never got my gems. I e-mailed support and after several days, they just said to restart the game, or delete and re-install it to see if they would appear. Well....no, they didn't ! I have forwarded the receipt from Amazon to them. They are so slow to take care of a problem like this !
They should have loaded the gems to my game asap when they saw I didn't get them instead of taking days to tell me to restart the game !
Can anyone on here do anything to speed the process ?
Now that I have forwarded my receipt (2 days ago), my gems are still not in my game...:mad:

Sorry for this. You've done the right thing by contacting support. It can take 3-5 business days so if you haven't got them in a few days follow up your existing support ticket.
