restaurant story ...details please

OK I'm playing restaurant story...I checked through FAQs n I cannot find answers to all my problems. Like for example I wanna know how many plates of a meal one counter can really hold

This thread is for Bakery, but works pretty much the same for Restaurant.

A counter doesn't have a limit for servings it can hold. I have one counter right now with over 100k food.
