Are the Nether Potral and Rose Archway goals going to return?

Can you tell TL when these goals are going to return as I see so many idiots crazy about these decorations so they may return on its seasons, or never?

They aren't anything special really. And some think they actually serve some purposeful function. They are just decoration, so I don't know why anyone would want them back. They also came with a horrible looking goofy dragon.

Normally past goal prizes do not return to the game. They are still showing in the market for players that completed the goals and unlocked them so they can purchase more.
