Corrupted Game

I can no longer access my game because when I enter, There is a strange ad to get the Nether Portal although is impossible to get it already. Also, when I enter the ad I am in the Aether Spirit goal and when I come to buy the decoration, the game glitches, corrupts and crashes. It blocked me as I cannot hit the icon to enter the game, not even deleting it. Even reseting the device cannot solve the problem. If I enter the game, There will only be a white screen with a note that I must pay 120000000 gold to enter the game. PLEASE HELP!!!

Try deleting and redownloading the game from the app store.
