Only getting 12 bots in my restaurant at a time - did something change?

I was watching my restaurant this morning and noticed I am only getting 12 diners at a time. I thought it should be 28 (or something similar)? For grins I went to several of my neighbors and noticed that they too, were only getting 12 bots at a time. Has something changed?

I am also seeing this on my game. I am not sure if this has been changed or if a glitch. I will check on this .

Oh I made more food and put it out and now I am back to getting 28 customers.

Do you have a large supply of food on your counters?

Hopefully this doesn't double post, I lost wifi during the last response. Yes, I have plenty of food and so do the neighbors that I checked. The neighbors with double doors were only getting 5-6 bots per door.

I play on an iPad mini and am using version 1.6.8

Hi Kooky, any information yet? I have noticed the number of bots has increased from 12 to 25. I thought it used to be 29?

I have 27-28 coming in. Watch it a few more times and let me know if you number is still down.

Tonight I have 22 coming in and so does every restaurant that I check.

Unusually high number of players logged in and bogging down the servers, perhaps? Is there anything anywhere graphing that? Just a thought. :)
