I beat Lightning first time with a level 4 Kitsune. I think regardless of dragon you will only have about a 25% chance of beating Lightning at level 20 so it may take several attempts.

High level Flower, Mask, Naga, Leo, Virgo, Troll should do the trick as well. If you have one of those lvl 9 or 10 they should win. Your lightning should win as well if it's lvl 9/10.

Sometimes it is the way the computer is programmed.
My Scarecrow lost to Infinity, but I am not using my Diamond Breeds yet. I only have 3.
I think normal dragons will do better.

i defeat goblin on my both accounts using rainbow. on my main account i tried dream, ice cream and etheral but all lost and then i tried my epic rainbow with magic it tooks 70% of goblin and the rest is with one bash. on my second account i use rainbow lvl 7 first try using magic and then bash and the goblin just dead LOL. hope it's works for you too, good luck. now i'm facing infinity, i don't know what to use since my both account doesn't diamond :(

Went thru first 25 dragons relative easy (with max 3-4 tries), began round 26 with only 10 exhausted dragons. Now I got stuck on Naga, seems like it is the hardest dragons of the whole tournament.

(Not because I am stuck, but because of the wiki guide; look there is only one dragon (Jade) which has 35% chance against it, a few with 25% (mostly removed and craftable dragons), and so... )

Check wiki battle guide. Every dragon has at least 10% chance to win against any dragon.

Of course you can and will, I'm sure! Just use the highest level super rares you have first. Then go down the line. One of them will work out. I'm convinced the battles are suited to our islands. Meaning, one dragon we already have can win for us. As opposed to our not having dragon x, y or z will keep us from winning.

Yes, breed baby Forests and send them in! Then if they lose you just sell them and breed another and you don't have to heal them. They work as well as anything. I used baby Forests against Dark Angel and on the third time, one of them won. And on Infinity I used up about 12 other dragons, but the FIRST time I tried a baby Fire, it won! So don't exhaust your other dragons, breed babies and sell them when they lose.

Edited to add: Do heal up your diamonds and try them again, but when all your diamonds are exhausted, use the babies.

It seem like you can actually win any dragon with any dragon, with many of the dragons from 15 rounds above, I think the tournament is set to have you lose so many dragons before win some. may example with stainglass and a few other seems like this is the case, I breed 10 fire to level 10 just to increase the island coin, and used these dragons to fight, lost 6 fire to stainglass and won with the 7th, all with just Bash.

Goblin has been beaten by a lot of dragons. I beat him with Ice-cream. Others have done it with Independence, Dream, Water, Ethereal, Island, Athletic, Leviathan, Ying Yang, Wizard, Leopard, and Scorpion. That's all I have and good luck!

OMG! After trying so many times with baby forests against DA, I was pretty fed up with it. I decided to use the Ultimate bash for 30 gold and so I chose a random dragon to send into battle, my Crusader L10 and guess what??? He defeated DA with one single bash before I had the chance to use Ultimate. I really couldn't believe it! Why did I not try Crusader earlier? Ugh :p

Medusa has lost to: Justice, big bad, Lightning, Naga, Scorpion. I used Lightning. Not much else has been posted. Pink would probably be strongest, but could also maybe use Dino's or gemstones?

Treasure, forest fire, onyx, deep have all won against Naga this tournament. Wonder if forest fire was a lucky shot, but it worked for someone else..
Otherwise, black, gold, Fairytale, and gemstones are all supposed to be strong against pink. Luck to you!

Use some cheap lvl 1 Dragon, if you are fed up. It works well.

thank you DarkAther,yes Sumercarefree is right ,I can use Ultimate attacks anytime,I got enough Gold to win this tournament but then there will be no battles winning charm tho,..I do likes challanges..I can go till the last hour of the tournament...just wants to use all possible options against Lightning and rest of the rounds...Oh yes I don't have Zodiac types dragons....few minutes later I'll try epic Landworm,who knows he may be the winner....Thank you once again for your advices...

Goblin has been beaten by a lot of dragons. I beat him with Ice-cream. Others have done it with Independence, Dream, Water, Ethereal, Island, Athletic, Leviathan, Ying Yang, Wizard, Leopard, and Scorpion. That's all I have and good luck!
