Making this unobtainable for those that didnt use gems to get it on the first day. Those who spend more win. Why was it changed to Royal Hall 11 when so many already have it. Unfair advantage paid to those who pay. Will theirs be removed? Or are they meant to be given the advantage due to spending more?

No need to say sorry, just needs fixing as the game is unplayable. And now unbalanced with some having features purely because they had cash.

Limited release should not mean broken. It still should be a level playing field if you are going to charge. Otherwise refund money.
