Knights Hall : I cannot put on board

I just unlocked the Knights Hall

Says i have to level up for this type of building

I am level 30.....

what do I need to remove off the board to put the hall down?

I think you need to SELL a royal building or two. Not just put into storage, as there is a cap on the number of Royal building you can have. Personally, I sell towers when I have reached the limit.
