Hi,

If you haven't set up a new ID on your new device you can transfer yourself. Please read through this thread for instructions: Transfer Thread (http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?54910-ID-Transfer-Storm8-Method).
If you have already set up a new ID, you will need to email support@teamlava.com for assistance. You can always email them to help you if you don't want to do it yourself, but it can take up to 3-5 business days for a response. Good luck!
