Trading Portal glitch

I have an issue regarding the trading portal since the tournament.
After my last trade I collected the items but shortly after that the portal always loads up again and stays occupied. The "collect your items" symbol appears again, I collect again, it reloads, appears again...
So I'm not able to use it at all anymore.
Neither restarting the device nor reinstalling DS solved the problem.
Guess it might be a bug. Could you please look after that? Thanks.
